About me

I have extensive C-Suite Executive, Trustee, Board Advisor and Chair experience, across multiple sectors within the UK and Northern Europe. I am a People Specialist, having spent over 2 decades at the board table as a CPO, with FCIPD accreditation.

My professional journey encompasses diverse sectors and ownership models, spanning the highly unionised world of maritime and ports, logistics, retail, hospitality, leisure, including Corporate PLC environments, privately owned businesses and Private Equity. Since starting my business I have worked across new and different sectors increasing my breadth of knowledge including Financial Services, Executive Search and Higher Education.

Known for my resilience and adaptability, I bring a real understanding of your world, combining strategic foresight and hands-on experience. In order to support you in your change journey to deliver extraordinary results, I bring an EMCC accredited Meyler Campbell Mastered coaching qualification, plus the added value of being an advanced Hogan Practitioner, to support you to a greater depth.  

In addition I can help you to solve people centric strategic problems, by analysing the ‘now’, recommending the ‘new’ and identifying the ‘how’. 

I provide a broad and insightful contribution to critical executive debates and decision making, successfully identifying strategic opportunities, with a clear understanding of how to translate them into operational plans. I have  led and supported major complex business transformation programmes, navigating multiple stakeholders across multiple geographies. I have identified the change required in PE businesses as an Executive and an Advisor, leading and supporting implementation through to the sale process.
